PARKING LOTS:
A, B, C, F, G, P and ADA Parking.
CHAMPIONS PARK:
Fan Midway outside the Main Entry Gate.
GEICO CAMPING CAMPGROUNDS:
GECKO RV PARK, GECKO RIDGE, GECKO LOWER RIDGE, GEICO PARK LAKESIDE.
TURN 1 DECK:
Located in Turn 1 off Loop Road, hospitality viewing area.
SKYLINE TERRACE:
VIP Hospitality area off turn 2.
GATE ENTRY POLICIES
- Bag can be used to carry personal mobile devices (i.e. cell phone, tablets, etc…), binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras, samples received, or souvenir purchases.
- The above bag may also be worn separately over the neck or on the belt.
Other permitted items:
- Binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras, not in a bag, worn separately over the neck or on the belt will be allowed.
- Seat cushions carried separately are allowed. Seat cushions with non-soft components will be reviewed on an individual basis.
- All items brought through a Grandstand gate are subject to be searched.
- Strollers are permitted through the gates but not allowed in the grandstand areas.
- Guests without any carry-in items are encouraged to go directly to and use the express lanes at each admission gate.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- The following may not enter the admission gates or be left in or around the gate area:
- Coolers or Hydration Backpacks, i.e. CamelBacks.
- Firearms, fireworks and items restricted by Local, State and Federal laws.
- Knives
- Hard sided coolers, thermos and insulated cups of any size.
- Outside food and beverages must be left at the gate.
- Drugs (unless prescribed by a medical physician and medically necessary)
- No bicycles, glass containers, umbrellas, scooters, skateboards, folding chairs, laser pointers, large flag poles or poles of any type or pets (trained assistance animals for disabled guests are welcome).
- None of the above restricted items may be left in or around the gate area.
- Any items deemed to be an obstruction to other spectators
- Lewd behavior and language will not be tolerated
- Firearms are not permitted on Chicagoland Speedway property. In Accordance with the Illinois Concealed Carry Act (Section 65 Prohibited Areas), Firearms are prohibited in (17) Any stadium, arena, or the real property or parking area under the control of a stadium, arena, or any collegiate or professional sporting event.
UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE POLICY - Chicagoland Speedway strictly prohibits the use of any unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAV”), also known as a drone, for any purpose whatsoever on Raceway Property. A UAV for purposes of this policy is any aircraft without a human pilot aboard. Raceway personnel may remove anyone using a UAV on Raceway property and/or confiscate the UAV until the event is over.
CAMPGROUND POLICIES
All RV Spaces are in the infield space and include the following for Friday-Sat:
- Complimentary Access to The SuperMotocross World Championship Playoff Friday FanFest - 11am to 7pm
- 20’x40’ Space; (1) RV Vehicle Pass (No Re-entry) and (1) Tow Vehicle Pass.
- Limited Electrical Hookup (50 Amp RV style plug) available on select spaces. (Adapters are not included or provided, please bring appropriate adapters).
- Other amenities include on site showers.
- Waste and water services are available for an additional fee.
- Entry to Infield/Camping requires a SuperMotocross Grandstand ticket for Saturday, September 16.
- Tent camping is prohibited.
- Check in – Friday, September 15th @ 8am
- Campers will be permitted to begin staging on Thursday, September 14th, outside of Gate 4 of the Chicagoland Speedway from 5pm-8pm.
- Entry for Camping – Gate 4 of the Chicagoland Speedway
- Check out – Sunday, September 16th
- Each reserved marked camping space is for 1 camping (livable) unit and 1 tow vehicle only. A reserved RV and vehicle pass/ decal is required. The original RV pass must be affixed to the RV/vehicle at time of check-in and remain affixed on the RV/ vehicle while parked on property. The pass cannot be tampered with or altered from its original condition.
- Camping unit, equipment, and tow vehicle must all fit within the marked space.
- Fire lanes and roadways cannot be blocked at any time. Please park all campers and vehicles in designated camping areas or spaces only. Do not block roadways. Activities in roadways that interfere with traffic or emergency access will not be permitted.
- Spotlights, lasers, loud music, PA systems, amplified equipment, live bands, or other activities that interfere with other guests are prohibited.
- Unauthorized vehicles including, but not limited to, golf carts, electric or gas bikes or scooters of any kind, sand rails, dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs or ATCs), or any off-road recreational vehicles are prohibited on Chicagoland Speedway property. Single-person electric convenience vehicles are allowed to assist guests with disabilities. A vehicle that is street-legal or licensed to operate on the roadway does not mean it is allowed on Chicagoland Speedway property. Phoenix Raceway will review vehicles on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deem them unauthorized.
- State and county health department rules must be obeyed. Dumping wastewater on the ground or into holes on facility property is not permitted. Dumping and water service will be available for an additional cost.
Service Sanitation - All campers should call 800-909-5646 to schedule a pump and fill, the charge is $110.00.
- Campfires on open, unprotected ground are PROHIBITED.
- Confederate flags, offensive signs, flags or banners, lewd behavior, and profanity, as determined by Chicagoland Speedway in its sole discretion, will not be tolerated.
- Carbon monoxide is dangerous and can cause death or bodily harm. For your own safety and the safety of those camping around you, please make sure that all generators, stoves, and related items are accompanied by proper ventilation systems. If your generator is not ventilated properly, you will be required to correct immediately or turn it off for the remainder of the event.
- No weapons of any kind are permitted on Chicagoland Speedway property.
- Unauthorized sales, marketing, or corporate hospitality are not allowed on Chicagoland Speedway property.
- Chicagoland Speedway (“Track”) strictly prohibits the use of any unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAV”), also known as a drone, for any purpose whatsoever on Track Property. A UAV for purposes of this policy is any aircraft without a human pilot aboard. Track personnel may remove anyone using a UAV on Track property and/or confiscate the UAV until the event is over.
- Fireworks, sky lanterns, water balloon launchers, super soakers, inflatable blimps, or other items deemed dangerous will not be allowed on Chicagoland Speedway property.
- Pets must be leashed/controlled at all times. Pet waste must be properly disposed of. Pets with excessive barking or aggressive behavior will be required to leave property.
- Chicagoland Speedway is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Chicagoland Speedway reserves the right to amend or implement rules at any time.
- Chicagoland Speedway strives to operate in a safe environment. Chicagoland Speedway does not discriminate but reserves the right to refuse service and admittance to any person if actions are deemed malicious, inappropriate, or abusive towards staff and/or other guests. All camping complaints/violations will be reviewed after each event weekend and multiple site visits and/ or repeat offenders may lose renewal privileges and will be notified by Chicagoland Speedway Management.
