Seating areas are available for guests in wheelchairs. Seating areas are designed for a wheelchair guest and a companion. Some seating areas have permanent companion seats next to the wheelchair seating area. For questions speak to a grandstand usher or security staff member.
ADA guests with a state issued license plate or window permit on their vehicles may park in the designated ADA parking lots. Two accessible lots are located at the north end of Lots C and D. Follow the daily traffic patterns to access the ADA parking lots.
Ramps are located on the lower level in Turn 1 sections 108/109, 118/119, and 130/131 and in Turn 4 sections 408/407 and 430/429 for accessible seating on the lower level. Ramps for accessible seating on the Mezzanine level are located in Turn 1 section 127 in Turn 4 and in Turn 4 section 426.
Three elevator towers are provided in the grandstands. The elevator towers located near Gates A and C are the best place to access grandstand seating. Suite holders, Legends Club and ADA Guests with one companion are free to use the elevators near Gate B. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to your seats as delays should be expected while waiting for the elevators.

- Saturday ADA Carts and Trams - 11:30am – 1 hr after the checkered flag
- Sunday ADA Carts and Trams - 11:00am - 2 hr after the checkered flag
Transportation to the infield is available for guests with proper credentials. Infield trams are available at Turn 1 and Turn 4 tram stations. For additional assistance stop by any of the info centers or the Guest Services booth in the NASCAR Experience.
Chicagoland Speedway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are welcomed throughout the property, but must remain leashed and always harnessed. Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags.
