Donation Requests

Thank you for your interest in Route 66 Raceway. At this time we are accepting requests for charitable donations. All donations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to a considerably high amount of requests, please follow the following procedures regarding charitable requests:

1.	All requests for charitable donations must be made in writing and mailed to:
	Route 66 Raceway
	Attn: Public Relations
	500 Speedway Blvd
	Joliet, IL 60433
Requests will not be accepted via phone conversation and/or email and must be made on the charity or company letterhead.

2.	Donations will considered on the following basis:
	Vicinity of the track
	Non-profit status
	First come first serve basis
	Availability of donations
	Social responsibility and/or impact mission of the charity
	Requests must received 3 weeks before the event

3.	Route 66 Raceway will not grant requests for money or tickets. Donations will be strictly Route 66 Raceway apparel and merchandise.

4.	Donation requests require the following:
	Mission of the Charity
	Date, time and anticipated attendance of the event
	History of the event and Charity
	Contact Person with contact phone number during business hours
	Shipping Address
	Non-profit tax identification number if applicable

5.	The official Charity of Route 66 Raceway is the George Werden Buck Boys and Girls Club of Joliet.
