Rules for the
“CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY®
PICK THE WINNER OF THE DAYTONA 500® CONTEST”
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins February 8, 2010 at 8:00 AM CST, and ends 11:00 AM CST on February 14, 2010. You will be entered to win upon (a) registering on line at www.ChicagolandSpeedway.com homepage where a banner ad will include the link to the contest page; or (b) registering at Chicagoland Speedway® and Route 66 Raceway® display area located at the McCormick Place, 2301 South Martin Luther King Dr., Chicago, IL 60616 during the 2010 Chicago Auto Show during the dates of February 12-14, 2010; or (c) contestants may come to Chicagoland Speedway® office between February 8-12, 2010 during the hours of 8:30 AM-4:30 PM CST Monday-Friday and fill out an official contest form at the front desk; or (d) by hand printing your name, address, zip code, daytime and evening phone numbers, e-mail address, age and the Driver’s name you think will win the DAYTONA 500® on a 3" x 5" card and mailing the card to Chicagoland Speedway® Pick the Winner of the DAYTONA 500® Contest c/o Chicagoland Speedway, 500 Speedway Blvd., Joliet, IL 60433. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due entries. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries not considered. All entries must be received on or before 11:00 AM CST on February 14, 2010 or post marked on or before February 13, 2010. Contest open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. Only one entry per person permitted. Employees of Raceway Associates, LLC; Route 66 Raceway, LLC; and their parent, subsidiaries, limited liability or affiliate companies, and members of their immediate family may not participate. Available prizes: One (1) grand prize winner will receive Two (2) grandstand admission seat tickets, Two (2) cold garage passes, Two (2) checkered flag fan zone passes and Two (2) access stickers to the pre-race Driver introductions for the “LifeLock®.com 400” NASCAR® Sprint Cup Series Event at Chicagoland Speedway® all tentatively scheduled to take place on July 10, 2010. Five (5) secondary winners will each receive Two (2) NASCAR® Event Weekend seat admission packages at Chicagoland Speedway® all tentatively scheduled to take place on July 9-10, 2010. Exact seats to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Approximate retail value of the prize is: $599.00 for the Grand Prize, $464 for each of the Secondary Prizes (Total ARV: $2,919.00). Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. All applicable taxes, license, registration fees, insurance, and any other expenses not specifically listed herein (including without limitation any necessary transportation and lodging) are the responsibility of each prize winner. Prize winners must each present personal identification bearing his/her photograph, name, age, and address, and sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release in order to take delivery of any prize. Prizes are not transferable. No cash in lieu of prizes. No substitution of prizes. In the event any race is postponed, changed, or canceled in whole or in part, no cash, prize substitutions, or other compensation will be provided. Any difference between estimated prize values and actual prize values will not be awarded to any prize winner. Winners will be selected on or about February 15, 2010 by random drawing from among all eligible entries that picked the winning driver and will be notified by telephone or e-mail on or before March 30, 2010. If any winner fails to take delivery of his/her prize or cannot be reached by telephone or e-mail by 12:00 PM CDST on March 31, 2010, then an alternate winner for that prize will be selected by random drawing from among remaining eligible entries. By entering this contest and/or using any prize, you agree: (1) to release Raceway Associates, LLC; Route 66 Raceway, LLC; their parent, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in this contest or with acceptance and use of any prize; and (2) to receive phone, e-mail and mail solicitation from International Speedway Corporation and its affiliates, even if otherwise listed on a do-not-call list or other similar list; and (3) to be bound by these rules and any decisions of the sponsor or promoter relating to participation in the contest, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Raceway Associates, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winners’ names will be posted on the track’s website www.chicagolandspeedway.com , facebook and twitter pages of Chicagoland Speedway® and Route 66 Raceway® following the drawings, or may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Chicagoland Speedway® Pick the Winner of Daytona 500® Contest c/o Chicagoland Speedway, 500 Speedway Blvd., Joliet, IL 60433 between March 30, 2010 and April 30, 2010. Requests not received during that period will not be processed.
