SCRATCH-N-WIN AN AUTOGRAPH SESSION"
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins at 8:30 AM CDST on May 11, 2010, and ends 8:00 PM CDST on May 11, 2010. Invited guests of the Chicagoland Speedway® Exclusive Trackside Party attendees, shall receive a scratch-n-win game piece upon arrival or contestants may come to Chicagoland Speedway office located at 500 Speedway Blvd., Joliet, IL 60433 on May 11, 2010 between the hours of 8:30 AM-4:00 PM CDST and ask for an official game piece from the front desk. Contest open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. Only one entry per person permitted. Employees of Raceway Associates, LLC and its parent, subsidiary, or related companies, and members of their immediate family may not participate. Available prizes: (150) grand prize winners will receive an Autograph Session with Kyle Busch, (150) grand prize winners will receive an Autograph Session with Sam Hornish, Jr. and (150) grand prize winners will receive an Autograph Session with Brad Kesolowski; (1,689) randomly selected additional prizes possible. Approximate total retail value for all Grand Prizes is $157,500. The total retail value for all prizes is $176,753. Odds of winning depend upon the number of game pieces distributed. All applicable taxes, license, registration fees, insurance, and any other expenses not specifically listed herein (including without limitation any necessary transportation and lodging) are the responsibility of each prize winner. Prize winners must each present personal identification bearing his/her photograph, name, age, and address. Prizes are not transferable. No cash in lieu of prizes. No substitution of prizes. In the event the Chicagoland Speedway Exclusive Trackside Party is postponed, changed, or canceled in whole or in part, no cash, prize substitutions, or other compensation will be provided. Any difference between estimated prize values and actual prize values will not be awarded to any prize winner. Winners will be selected by gently scratching of the latex covered prize area to reveal if they have won a randomly selected prize or one of the grand prizes. If no prize is revealed, contestant may enter scratch-n-win game piece in a second chance random drawing from among all eligible entries on May 11, 2010 before 8:00 PM CDST, and will be notified by telephone on or before May 13, 2010. If any winner fails to take delivery of his/her prize or cannot be reached by telephone by 5:00 PM, CDST, then an alternate winner for that prize will be selected by random drawing from among remaining eligible entries.
