    Chicagoland Speedway will once again host an ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards race. Track and series officials announced today that the ARCA Racing Series will be part of a NASCAR Nationwide Series doubleheader on July 19, 2014.

    CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY & ROUTE 66 RACEWAY GATHER FOOD, CLOTHING AND SUPPLIES FOR TORNADO VICTIMS IN COAL CITY/DIAMOND, WASHINGTON AND SURROUNDING ILLINOIS COMMUNITIES

    Joliet, Ill. – November 19, 2013 – In the wake of severe weather that ripped through central Illinois, Chicagoland Speedway and Route 66 Raceway are organizing a food and clothing drive to assist the communities of Washington, Ill., Diamond, Ill. and Coal City, Ill. Beginning today through Monday, Nov. 25, race fans and community members are encouraged to join these efforts by dropping off non-perishable food items and/or gently worn clothing to the Chicagoland Speedway administrative building (500 Speedway Boulevard, Joliet, IL 60433). The building will be open for donations between 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. the remainder of the week.

    SANTA CLAUS VISITS GATORADE VICTORY LANE AT CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY ON SATURDAY, DEC. 14

    For the third consecutive year, Santa Claus will be visiting Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday, Dec. 14, to kick off the holiday season. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is open to children of all ages. With the donation of a new, unwrapped gift to Toys for Tots, families can get their photo taken with Santa Claus in Gatorade Victory Lane. In lieu of providing a toy, families can donate $10 to Toys for Tots.

    Chicagoland Speedway's Great Chicago Fire Hydrant Benefitting the 100 Club

    In 2013, we partnered with the Great Chicago Fire Hydrant Project to create a fire hydrant honoring fire fighters and fire safety workers at racetracks. The project benefits the 100 Club of Chicago which assists families of fire fighters, police officers and paramedics who have lost their lives in the line-of-duty.
