Joliet, Ill. – August 30, 2013 – Kurt Busch, driver of the No. 78 Furniture Row ride for Furniture Row Racing, will join fans for a question-and-answer session inside the Checkered Flag Fan Zone on Sunday, Sept. 15. The question-and-answer session will take place prior to the green flag of the GEICO 400, the first race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup at Chicagoland Speedway.

    COUNTRY MUSIC STAR BRANTLEY GILBERT TO KICK OFF CHASE FOR THE NASCAR SPRINT CUP WITH PRE-RACE PERFORMANCE AT GEICO 400 ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

    Joliet, Ill. – August 4, 2013 – Country music star Brantley Gilbert will perform a pre-race concert in Chicagoland Speedway’s infield prior to the GEICO 400, the first race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. While all fans with a Sunday race ticket will be able to enjoy the concert from the grandstands, Pit and Infield Fan Zone Experience pass holders will be able to walk down to the infield to enjoy No. 1 hits such as “Country Must Be Country Wide” and “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do.”

    JUSTIN ALLGAIER RETURNS HOME AS HE PREPARES FOR THE ROAD TO CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY

    Springfield, Ill. – Aug. 1, 2013 – NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Justin Allgaier visited Springfield, Ill., on Thursday as he prepares to travel the road from his native Central Illinois to Chicagoland Speedway later this summer. Allgaier, who hails from nearby Riverton, Ill., will be running in the Dollar General 300 Powered by Coca-Cola 300, Sept. 14, at his hometown, 1.5-mile track.
