JOLIET, Ill. – Two races are in the books with two more left to go today at Chicagoland Speedway in one of the most diverse race weekends in motorsports.

Justin Lofton and Kyle Busch drove to Gatorade Victory Lane on Friday in ARCA’s Ansell Cut Protection 150 and the track’s inaugural NASCAR Camping World Truck Series’ EnjoyIllinois.com 225.

Busch’s win in his Billy Ballew Toyota made Chicagoland Speedway the fifth track at which he has won the trifecta of NASCAR National events – he’s now won here in NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events.

Today’s action features the Chicagoland 100 Indy Lights race and IndyCar’s PEAK Antifreeze and Motor Oil Indy 300.

Twenty-three of open-wheel’s finest will battle for the trophy. Team Penske teammates Ryan Briscoe and Helio Castroneves start at the No. 1 and 2 positions.

Singing the National Anthem for the PEAK Antifreeze and Motor Oil Indy 300 will be Jared Bradshaw of the Chicago-based “Jersey Boys” cast (Bank of America Theater).
