Stuart Kirby (far right), in Bob Schacht's #75 Ford Taurus, won the Pork Pole Award at Chicagoland Speedway for Saturday's ARCA RE/MAX Series 200. It was his third career pole award driving for Schacht in only his 12th series attempt. Rookie Ryan Hemphill qualified second.

"We were a little loose in the corner, but other than that, the car was pretty close to perfect," said Kirby. "Whenever you come with Bob Schacht equipment, you know the car's going to be right. If he says the car will stick, then it'll stick. I think the car is going to race as good as it qualified." Kirby qualified with a speed of 174.554 mph around the 1.5-mile superspeedway.

Rookie Ryan Hemphill, in the TRIMSPA Dodge, qualified second with a speed of 173.829. "This is a new car for us, so we're still working out some kinks," said Hemphill. "But I've got all the confidence in the world in this Braun Racing TRIMSPA crew. The car will be good on raceday." Five-time series champion and current point leader Frank Kimmel qualified third with a speed of 173.232. Christi Passmore and rookie Mike Guerity completed the top-five qualifiers.

SPEED Channel's LIVE coverage of Saturday's 200 begins at 2 pm eastern.
