?I got my first Busch win at Chicago, so it?s a pretty special place for me.

?Chicago is a fun track. It?s very demanding. There?s a small margin for error because it is so fast. You?ve got to hit your marks just right or it kills your momentum, and it?s easy to spin out if you slip out of the groove. Turns 3 and 4 can be pretty difficult. You?ve got to arc the car getting into 3 in order to keep your speed up. If your line isn?t just right, you can?t carry your speed off of turn 4. You?re running wide open just about the whole way around the track, so you really can?t afford to mess up anywhere. At that speed, little mistakes can turn into big problems.

?The car we?re bringing is awesome. I could take any line that I wanted to when I ran it at Kentucky. When you have a car that you know is going to perform, it gives you extra confidence and gets the team boosted up. We?re all looking forward to going there and I?m excited about what we can do there.?

The KLEENEX?/SCOTT? Products team is bringing chassis # 54 to Chicago. #54 was last used at Kentucky. After posting some of the quickest laps in practice and qualifying, the expected good finish was cut short when the engine expired prematurely. The crew is still waiting for this new chassis to prove it can post a top finish, hence they?re calling it ?the pledge.?

New Engine Program for BREWCO...
Johnny Sauter will begin running Menard engines this weekend at Chicagoland Speedway. The # 27 team is scheduled to use the new motors over the next four weeks. If the ?tryouts? go well, expect to see Sauter use Menard engines for the rest of the year.
