Private Hospitality Chalet

Hospitality Village Chalet:  $15,000 per season

Located just a short stroll from the main admission gate, each Hospitality Chalet includes a private 20' x 30' area with restricted access for 100 guests within Hospitality Village for the entire race schedule.

Multiple adjoining chalets are available for larger groups.

Each Chalet includes:

• 20'x30' tent and 12'x30' enclosed patio area
• Color-coordinated linens and daily cleaning service
• Closed-circuit television, featuring live race coverage
• Signage for corporate identification
• 100 Hospitality Village admissions each day
• Ten (10) preferred parking passes
• Pit Tours offered (weather and schedule permitting)
• 60% maximum seating in tent at one time

Grandstand Seating Option (All Packages include full-season races):

• Corporate Reserved: $350 per ticket
• Corporate: $290 per ticket

Speedway Club Chalet

Speedway Club Table: $9,500

Located within the Hospitality Village, each Speedway Club package includes reserved-table seating with corporate identification for eight (8) guests within a climate-controlled Club Chalet for each race during the entire racing schedule.

Each table includes:

• Reserved-table seating for eight (8) guests
• Eight (8) Corporate Reserved grandstand tickets
• Eight (8) Hospitality Club admissions
• Eight (8) gift bags
• Four (4) preferred parking passes
• Pit Tours (weather and schedule permitting)
• Food and Beverage (Pre-race buffet; snacks; and beer, wine and soda service)
